Our Project
Origis’ energy system for Murray
and Pipestone Counties
Electric projects are drivers of economic development and opportunity. They don’t require any county resources, yet they produce a substantial amount of tax revenue. Likewise, solar leases provide a steady source of income for local landowners.
The project also creates jobs and generates substantial economic activity in the project area
and of course, as a community uses energy, they have an interest in ensuring it is produced cleanly
and affordably.
Our project will include utility scale solar and battery storage. In tandem, this energy system will harness the energy from the sun to power our grid and store energy for when we need it most.
